Christen was surprisingly wonderful and she really wanted to do a good and and she did a great job. The finance guy was a bit dry and just wanted me out of his office when I was not buying an extended warranty. The sales manager was very good too. Best place to purchase a vehicle. Period. I woke up two days ago to find my vehicle stolen. I was devastated. Shortly after the realization that I probably would never see my car again, I filled out an application online for Fred Anderson Toyota. Within the hour, Danny Marflake called me to discuss my application. He was patient, kind and returned my calls in less time than he said it would take him. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Eddie Cooks, who was amazing. Low pressure, no hassles, no standard run around that I have experienced with other dealerships. He knew I needed to get into a vehicle quickly, so he worked quickly for me but never made me feel rushed. When I sat in the finance office, Eddie Nuttall was incredible. I was in and out of the dealership in no time with a beautiful new vehicle. If you are looking to buy a Toyota, (which has been a lifelong favorite) there is no other place to go. The receptionist (who is incredibly pleasant) even made my daughter hot chocolate while I went over information with Eddie! More

They were both very professional and knowledgeable, and neither tried to stick us in front of their finance guy, take the vehicle home for a night, or any of the other high-pressure sales strategies we've experienced in the past. Kenny had done his homework between visits and surprised us (considering we had left things very open) with a phone call to follow-up on some questions I had about aftermarket accessories and towing capacity. In the end we decided to wait it out until the 2016 model release, but my wife is already sold on the truck Kenny at Fred Anderson. Thanks Kenny! More
