My experience with Fred Anderson Toyota Our Sales Rep, John,was very friendly and very helpful. He also was very knowledgeable about the car he was showing us. We took a test drive and when we returned to his office, we discussed the pros and cons of the car that I was interested in purchasing and my wife and I started completing all the paperwork that was required. We decided that he would review my options with his Supervisor and my wife and I would return Sunday morning around 11 15 am to make our final decision. Upon meeting with John on Sunday we make a decision to purchase a new Toyota Corolla. Our overall experience with him was very pleasant. John introduced us to Alesia Durr who would be handling all of the paperwork to finance our new Toyota. Ms. Durr was also very knowledgeable and pleasant in completing our final paperwork to finance our car. She made us feel very comfortable and explained everything to us in details. Unexpected I stopped by the dealer just to check the color of a truck I was planning on buying pre-owned over the internet. I have purchased over 20 vehicles ov I stopped by the dealer just to check the color of a truck I was planning on buying pre-owned over the internet. I have purchased over 20 vehicles over the years and less than half of them have been local purchases so I had little faith in getting a good deal here. My salesman, Chris, walked out during a very cold and rainy evening and insisted on me giving him a chance to earn my business. He knew his product and was very courteous. The price we settled on was within a few hundred dollars of the used vehicle (without the plane ticket to go get it). I got a fair deal on my trade as well. Overall a very good and unexpected experience. I plan to make them my first stop when shopping for a new Toyota. More
