Christen reviewed the manual and amenities with great patience and care...making sure I understood. The"Connect" was done at the dealership; the smartphone was set up before I left. Philip was called in to install a child's car seat. The knowledge, courtesy, fair-minded pricing and conscientiousness of everyone at Toyota has reenforced my trust (we have had a Land Cruiser and Lexus before).
