Everyone is always, very friendly and helpful. They listen and follow up. I have used other dealerships in the past but none have taken as good of care in getting my vehicles serviced and back on They listen and follow up. Everyone at Fred Anderson Charleston is so nice from your service department to sales. I have been getting my Highlander serviced there for two years and finally got the opportunity to trade up to my n your service department to sales. It took me three days of going back and forth trying to make a decision and both JJ and the Management team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy.
