I just went in to look, knew I would be trading in but not just that day, well, I walked out a happy new car owner. I hadn't bought a new car since 1971 ---so a lot has changed. I always let or maybe that isn't the right wording, he bought our cars, I just paid for them. So, this was a totally different experience for me & Eddie Cook, Matt Lawrence & Maverick were all wonderful to work with. I love the car & I love my Fred Anderson family!!! More

Primarily dealt with Wendy Vazquez through email in negotiating the price of the used 2021 Dodge Durango that we bought. She was excellent; prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with via email and negotiating the price of the used 2021 Dodge Durango that we bought. She was excellent; prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with via email and over the phone. She handed me off to Brent when I arrived. My interactions with Brent were limited as I'd already negotiated the sale price, but I have nothing but positive things to say about him as well. Finally, I dealt with Matt in the finance department. As any good salesperson would/should do, he did try to sell me an extended warranty and other products. But he did so without being pushy or condescending. That was a pleasant experience. I don't live local to this dealer, but I can see why they're highly rated on DealerRater and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. More
