Matt Gladwell was incredibly patient and understanding in helping us choose the right vehicle and getting a great value. He even went back to our old vehicle we traded in and retrieved CDs (remember those?!) of sentimental value. They scammed me on my warranty. Took it in at 25000 miles for a noise in the front end. They passed it off a something stupid in the bed of the truck. On my next service at 30,000 miles, I complained again and now the want to charge me a $150 diagnostics fee with a bumper to bumper warranty. More
