We had a really amazing experience with Toyota of Charleston. We pretty much knew what we were looking for, we just didn’t know how we were going to do it and everyone worked with us quickly and got Charleston. He showed us a variety of options and listened to exactly what we liked and didn’t like. He didn’t beat around the bush with financing options and he took our concerns and worked with them. We had the best car buying experience ever at Fred Anderson Toyota. Andrey is a great salesman and made the process so easy. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, which helped so much! It’s so nice to be able to learn directly by being shown about the vehicle you’re buying instead of having to read about it. The Sales Manager, Don, was also introduced to us and worked with us throughout some of the deal making process. He was very professional and neither him no Andrey were pushy at all. We also worked with Jeremy in finance and he was great to work with. Overall, we’re so glad we bought our new RAV4 at this dealership and definitely look forward to coming back! More
