Within a few moments of dealing with Eddie Cooks all of that went away. He was VERY friendly and incredibly easy to talk to and work with. He knew all about the trucks I was looking at and was able to quickly answer any question I had. I never felt any sales pressure and Eddie helped me through the whole process. Best Experience in all my car buying years! I have been thinking of getting a new vehicle for my wife for about three months now. I did extensive online research, and decided that now was the ti I have been thinking of getting a new vehicle for my wife for about three months now. I did extensive online research, and decided that now was the time to get one. I contacted many of the Toyota dealers from Raleigh, NC to Charleston, SC. I was just looking to get a price over the phone or E-mail, to determine if it would be worth me continuing. Fred Anderson Toyota told me on the phone that they would price match any other dealer, Toyota or other. That got my interest! I went to their dealership with printed out offers I had received from a couple other dealers (Toyota) There was no hesitation with the price! The atmosphere was different here than many other dealers. They asked if they could help and at first I just wanted to look, they let me. When I needed questions answered, Carey Wright was there to help. The whole buying experience was low pressure, They didn't mind that i said I would like to think about it more, and there was 1 other vehicle I had to look at for my wife. After I returned home I never received any correspondence about the other vehicle. So I called Carey back and said I would like to come back down that day. It was almost six o'clock pm by then, he said no problem. I am glad I did, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was done by eight pm (and that was with an extended test drive) and on my way home with a brand new CH-R XLE Premium at a fantastic lease rate.
