Primarily dealt with Wendy Vazquez through email in negotiating the price of the used 2021 Dodge Durango that we bought. She was excellent; prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with via email and negotiating the price of the used 2021 Dodge Durango that we bought. She was excellent; prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with via email and over the phone. She handed me off to Brent when I arrived. My interactions with Brent were limited as I'd already negotiated the sale price, but I have nothing but positive things to say about him as well. Finally, I dealt with Matt in the finance department. As any good salesperson would/should do, he did try to sell me an extended warranty and other products. But he did so without being pushy or condescending. That was a pleasant experience. I don't live local to this dealer, but I can see why they're highly rated on DealerRater and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. More

This was a complete waste of time! !!! I test drove the car as I was up in the area. They even had me go through their financing services, even though I had been approved by a financi !!! Guess they didn't like that and totally low balled my trade in car (which is typical of dealers). Never heard back and vehicle was sold. They called a few weeks later and hung up on me. More

The salesperson, Connor Dunning, was very knowledgable about the different cars and was informative and personable but was not pushy which I really liked. And after I finished the purchase, he was so hel about the different cars and was informative and personable but was not pushy which I really liked. Finally, the purchase process took only about half the amount of time it has taken me to purchase vehicles in the past which I also appreciated. More
