I worked with Steven Rhoads, Eddie Cooks and Emily Grubisich. Steven worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted and made sure all my paper work ready upon arrival. Emily was very helpful in getting all our papers together and then re-doing them in my name! Eddie Cooks did an amazing job on the tutorial of the car, there is so much to learn and Eddie was a pro. He said he doesn't sell a ton of Land Cruisers, so her researched the car before I came in so he wouldn't miss any important details. I will definitely call on these three in the future to buy my next car, they are trustworthy, hard working and very knowledgeable. More

Dealership is amazing besides one person I worked with some pretty great people in the picking out and buying process of my new vehicle until I got to one guy that was beyond rude and doesn’t I worked with some pretty great people in the picking out and buying process of my new vehicle until I got to one guy that was beyond rude and doesn’t know accurate information based on credit. Told him I didn’t want my credit ran because I already had a loan and his check would hit my credit and effect my score. He assured me it would not and ran my credit without my permission. I was right it hit my score and dropped it. After he comes back in he proceeded to be rude with the way he spoke to me and my sister and almost cost the nice people I worked with a sale. I had to get a different representative to finish my paperwork he was so rude and once again didn’t know the correct information which will be misleading to another person who gets stuck with him.
