Leasing my RAV 4 greatly exceeded my expectations. I was desperately in need of a second car and walked into the dealership hoping to make an appointment based on a customer referral. I expected it would take a week or two if I was approved. Jody greeted me at the front door with a smile and welcomed me which made me feel comfortable. I had been looking for a specific model and color at a price I could afford. Jody discussed my needs at length and proceeded to coordinate the process. He negotiated my needs in my best interests with the sales manager, Chris, and made me feel like the dealership could accommodate me. He took me around the lot and coincidentally found the exact car I had in mind. He was good at friendly conversation when we took a test drive. Jody continued processing with the required staff and had me out with the vehicle in approximately 3 1/2 hours from when I arrived. I had driven a car to the dealership, so he followed me home and I drove him back to the dealership. The sales manager and the finance lady did all they could to provide what was in my best interests at the lowest monthly payment. More

Upon our return home, I had two days to get into a new car before the school year started up again. Brent came through for me in a tough situation, and I am eternally grateful that he did. I got the car I needed at the price I could afford, and it all happened in record time. Funny thing is, the car is so great and I'm so comfortable driving it, it feels like I've had it for years :-) More
