Great experience today at Fred Anderson Toyota! My husband and I were dreading the thought of walking into a dealership because of the normal hassle you have with typical dealerships. We were greated by the friendliest sales lady (Chrissy) right from the beginning who truly made us feel at ease. Chrissy is a true customer advocate, listened to what we needed and did not push us to make choices we did not need. WOW ! ! Just bought a 2024 Corolla Cross Over Hybrid & what a good experience I had with Eddie Cook, sales rep.. I just went in to look, knew I would be tra ! Just bought a 2024 Corolla Cross Over Hybrid & what a good experience I had with Eddie Cook, sales rep.. I just went in to look, knew I would be trading in but not just that day, well, I walked out a happy new car owner. I hadn't bought a new car since 1971 ---so a lot has changed. I always let or maybe that isn't the right wording, he bought our cars, I just paid for them. So, this was a totally different experience for me & Eddie Cook, Matt Lawrence & Maverick were all wonderful to work with. I love the car & I love my Fred Anderson family!!! More
