You have only one good employee there I have called the service department at Fred Anderson multiple Times and I have never once gotten a return call. The last time I took my car in for oi I have called the service department at Fred Anderson multiple Times and I have never once gotten a return call. The last time I took my car in for oil change I got it back with an extra 500 miles on it plus the mileage has gone down to 15 miles per gallon. I have called three times and have not gotten a return call. More

I was too tired to inquire further (drove 3 hours to go to Anderson Toyota in Charleston, SC). In Thursday, November 1, after scrutinizing the contract, I attempted to call Anderson Toyota in Charleston, SC. It took several attempt before I was able to speak with the sales manager Alissia. She explained to me the details that Melissa omitted to deliver to me. However, I strongly believe that overall I have been overcharged. The finalized cost to which I agreed with Dennis via telephone a few days prior my visit was $31,153.98with taxes, title, and tags included. The day of my visit was added the interest and the mechanical protection and it amounted to $39,657.25. Basically, I am paying for the interest and the mechanical protection $8,503.27. It's way too much. In addition, The sales person never offered refreshments nor anything else to make our visit comfortable. Within the past 14 years I have bought from Anderson Toyota 6 cars. I received over the top service-in Raleigh, NC and in Sanford, NC. In June I purchased in Raleigh the YarisIA, in January 2017 I purchased in Sanford the Camry. In the next 2 years I will purchase a car for my grandson who will turn 16. Given the poor complaisance that I received from Anderson Toyboy in Charleston, SC, I will consider other dealerships. Definitively, I will not return to Anderson Toyota in Charleston, SC. More

The person who handled my new lease, Faye Bustos, w I cant tell you how much I appreciate this place! My experience (once again!)was beyond compare. The person who handled my new lease, Faye Bustos, was so nice and knew so much about my new car! She was a surprisingly unexpected wealth of information, given that I was one of her 1st customers ever! She had just started!!!! She was super efficient and, unlike some people in this industry and others, she had absolutely no problem deferring to her veteran colleagues when she came across something she wasnt sure of. That is one of the biggest signs of a truly valuable employee. Many times a new employee will try to xxxxxxxx his or her way through something they aren't sure of by side stepping and tap dancing around the issue. Not Faye. If she didn't know something, she would quickly get the answer from a more experienced source, without waisting my time with empty and meaningless apologies. My experience could not have been better! If that wasn't enough, the GM, Steve Rhoads, also came out and personally greeted me and took the time to help her through the process. And it was all done out in the open without the silly little secret meetings that are so often the case in most dealerships. And if I was left unattended for any reason, at least 3 employees would come up to me and ask me if I needed anything. Emily in finance was such a blast! She made, what is usually the most painful part of the process, a completely fun experience! I love her! I could go on and on. The customer service at Fred Anderson Toyota is on another level, people. Wow! From the top down! Just....WOW! I will reccomend this place to ALL my friends in Charleston and elsewhere!
