Eric and Ryan were great ;-) My husband and I were looking around for a second car for our growing family. We happened to be around Fred Anderson one day and stopped into see what they had. We were looking at the new 4runners when a sales person by the name of Eric came up. He just gave us his business card was not pushy or anything which was a great first impression. We looked online while we were there and found a used one we liked. We walked over to the used section and once again Eric greeted us. He was very knowledgable about the 4runner. let us take it for a test drive, explained everything to us clearly and not in typical car dealership language. He once again was not pushy. He brought us to speak to the finance guy Ryan. Ryan couldn't have been more enjoyable to work with. He explained the process and how getting the tags from the DMV and taxes would work. Overall, a great experience at Fred Anderson will def recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
