Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! 110% SATISFIED We went to Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston to look at a few New Highlanders that we saw on the website and spoke with Laura Rogers and made a appoi We went to Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston to look at a few New Highlanders that we saw on the website and spoke with Laura Rogers and made a appointment to take a test drive. We were greeted at the sidewalk. I asked to see Laura Rogers. When Laura came out she was with Faye Bustos. We talked about our needs and it began. Laura was very professional and turned us over the Faye. To start with, Faye was VERY courteous and extremely easy to speak with. My wife is hearing impaired and Faye was totally considerate of my wife’s impairment. We went to look at the 3 Highlanders we inquired about. We immediately went with the Brown in color. We proceeded to a test drive, Faye is extremely knowledgeable of this vehicle!!!! She’s a “TOP SHELF” salesperson!!!! We proceeded to the desk and ran numbers and came to a agreeable price and went on to the Finance Dept. and was introduced to Alesia Durr. Several options were offered to us by Alesia. She seems to really care about her customers needs and wants. We are EXTREMELY pleased and satisfied with the purchase of our 2019 Highlander!!!!!
