I bought a 2018 Camry 10 months ago and love the car but the entertainment/navigation suite (Entune) and its companion app are absolutely horrible and basically unusable. After I bought it he helped show some of the extra features of the car since I am not the most technologically advanced person. The people in the finances department were a bit pushy for added costs/benefits, but Chris was wonderful. Hopefully I won't have to buy a car again anytime soon but if had to would be going back to him to find another one. More

Wow, a GREAT service experience at a dealership is possible! I had originally set up a service appointment online for the morning of New Years Eve 2018 at the competing dealer that is closer to my home. Upon arr I had originally set up a service appointment online for the morning of New Years Eve 2018 at the competing dealer that is closer to my home. Upon arrival there, customers were lining up in the drive waiting to be checked in by a service writer with a clipboard. I immediately drove to Fred Anderson where I was greeted by John, one of the many service writers all with individual computer terminals. John was willing to assist me in any way possible even though I had no appointment. Thanks to John and technician Mark, my vehicle was serviced in less than an hour and I was on my way able to enjoy the holiday. The service area, customer lounge, and showroom were all immaculate and every aspect of the dealership appeared to be well managed. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from Fred Anderson Toyota and will never consider having either of them maintained by any other dealership following the superior experience on my first service visit. The staff could not have done anything more to make someone who is usually very apprehensive about dealership service departments like me feel confident that my vehicle was in capable hands. More
