Brent from the very moment he greeted us put us at easy and promised he would make us the best deal he could. We were apprehensive at first as he was showing us a 2018 4Runner and we did not think we could afford it. But he made it happen. It took a few days for us to decide to get the car but Brent was very patient and answered all of our questions to help us make the best decision for us. Bad start, good ending 2008 Tundra broke down and was towed to Fred Anderson. After more than 1 day the service department had no idea how to fix it. Kind of scary. Since 2008 Tundra broke down and was towed to Fred Anderson. After more than 1 day the service department had no idea how to fix it. Kind of scary. Since I was traveling and on a schedule, I started asking about purchasing a new truck. The salesman and manager worked very hard to provide me with an excellent deal on a new Tundra. They were truly trying to help me get back on the road! (I realize they were also making a sale.) Overall I am very happy with the truck and the price I paid. They helped me make the best of a very bad situation. More
