I just want to say it was such a blessing to work with the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota. From the friendly greeting I got from Victoria, too the gentle yet reassuring smile I got from Travis. I'm thankful to have had Travis as my sales rep. With knowing how most car salesmen are after the money and not really after gaining a persons best personal interest, Travis gave me the exact opposite experience. Walking into the dealership, I was on edge and was prepared for the worst, but when we actually got out into the car lot he did not bombard me with a lot of the questions car salesmen usually ask. He asked me what I was looking for and what my target range was. I told him and gave him a little information of my situation and he was very understanding. Here is what won me over though. Most car salesmen when your numbers don't match what they want for the car or anywhere close, they try to sell you something you had no intention on getting. Instead, he worked hard to stick with the car of my choice and to get to the target range I was looking for. Not only did you exceed my expectations, he went above and beyond to get me in the new ride I wanted. I am very thankful to have met him the day I did with the amount of patience he had with me in making such a pivotal decision. Thanks again for all of your help.
