Eddie was great about making sure my trade in was appraised fairly and let us look through each trim level of the RAV4, explaining each trim level difference like a pro. Alesia in finance worked with me to get the best interest rate possible and explained all the warranty options thoroughly and honestly. Considering how high demand is for the RAV4 hybrid, Fred Anderson had fair pricing and was willing to make a deal to ensure I walked away happy and within my budget.
