Confusing and uninformative $500 deposit was required the dealership withdrew a $1000 without our consent. Then when we informed them that we were not comfortable with this situation and were going elsewhere we were told by Blake the vehicle would be there and customer satisfaction was their prime goal. But no mention of refunding our money. Meanwhile we were give no copies of any paperwork we signed that we requested. This does not sound like honest business practice More

Chrissie Rice at Anderson Toyota sent a technician to our home to start the car, drive it to Anderson Toyota, replace the battery and send it back to us clean and repaired.
