I eventually got myself over to Fred Anderson Toyota and the process couldn't have been simpler. They didn't try and haggle for 4 hours and go back and forth between their manager. Instead, they simply asked what I wanted to pay and we worked to get to that number. Once I had signed for the car, Chris went off and got the car detailed and ready while I had to finish up he paperwork with the Finance Manager. Again, this was very simple, she was a very nice woman and made the process very easy on me. She didn't try to force any of those "add-ons" that they try to persuade you into at the end. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

He asked me a few questions to get an understanding of what I wanted and also gave me options that I really didn't think of. He answered all of my questions with each car/SUV I looked at, so I was impressed by the fact that he knew what he was selling. Some sales reps do not take the time to know what they are selling, therefore, will try to sell you anything, but I was impressed by the knowledge that the sales rep had of each of the cars.
