They couldn’t answer basic questions about features of the car we selected. After a lengthy back and forth negotiating they brought in a manager to “help us” this person was very condescending and I felt could careless about us being at this dealership. We left and decided to go to Fred Anderson Toyota. I wish we would have just started our day there instead. The minute we walked in the door we encountered Chris Jennings. He asked if we’ve been helped and then proceeded to assist us. His professionalism and product knowledge shined from the minute he opened his mouth. I learned more about the car we looked at in the first 5 minutes then I did hours at the other. I knew at that moment I was buying a car from him. He was very open and I felt honest with me and my wife. I explained to him him what was important to us and he made sure we got it. He not only sold us a car but I felt we became friends. Once all the back and forth was complete he saw to it we got into finance as soon as possible. There I actually wasn’t looking forward to that process but Melissa was easy to talk to, informative, open and honest. She didn’t even skip a beat when I completely chained gears mid process.
