She was extremely patient with me, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I didn’t feel pressured and truly feel like she was not only working with me, but for me. They didn’t have what I wanted on their lot, but the team reached out to other dealerships to find exactly what I was looking for and they brought it in. Joy came in on her day off to make sure my pickup went smoothly and everything was correct! I look forward to continuing to work with the whole staff at Fred Anderson into the future. More
