I had visited several other dealerships within the week that I was attempting to find the right vehicle. Mr Taylor greeted the three of us with respect and kindness. He was never condescending, and he answered each of our questions as though we were worthy of his time. I was actually in the market for another type of vehicle, but after listening to my concerns and the list of my non-negotiables, he recommended the perfect vehicle that met all my requests. I told him exactly what I was looking for and how I wasn’t trying to go too much higher than my old car payment. JJ teamed up with Blake to see if there was something we could do to get me taken care and we were able to agree on a price that I was happy with. Afterwards when it came to adding additional warranties, Ryan assisted me; just like JJ and Blake, he was able to get me a good deal on additional warranties so now I have piece of mind knowing if anything happens to my vehicle, I’m covered. She quickly narrowed it down to a car I would like and took it for a test drive. She knew the Highlander inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions.
