I had many talking points and questions ready just in case and I didn't need to use any of them because they were so transparent. Even during the financing talks with Matt Laurence, the process was a breeze. I walked away feeling like both sides gave a little to meet in the middle with a deal, which is a sign of a good deal. I will be sending my friends to her when they buy a car later this year. 10/10 will recommend. More

They were very busy but very accommodating and friendly. I knew what I wanted when I went in and Anthony and Robbie did everything to make sure I was satisfied with the deal. There was no messing around with the trade value (cant same for for competition), but also not a lot of movement on price due to supply/demand issue, The only drawback was having to wait a few weeks for the vehicle, but Anthony called each week to update me on the delivery date. There was no up selling, but did recommend the extended warranty with good justification why - I typically buy these and appreciated the approach. I am thrilled with the car and overall pleased with the process even though it took too long. More

Our experience at Fred Anderson was nothing short of excellent! Faye helped us from the moment we walked onto the lot two months ago to shop for a new 4Runner. The pandemic put a big delay on the shipments of new vehicles, but throughout the two-month wait, Faye's communication was outstanding. We never felt like we had no idea what happened to our deposit or when we might see our new car. Our car was delivered yesterday and the experience of finalizing the purchase today was great. Faye was so helpful in explaining all the electronics and ins and outs of our car. Excellent all the way around! More
