Harrison, can you please reach out directly since I'm unable to look you up with out a name. If it's a noise that's not due to mechanical issues the manufacturer will look at it if it was due to the customer. With those miles you're stating and being charged a diag fee it doesn't sound warranty related as we love warranty work because the manufacturer reimburses us. I would be more than happy to get a tech to ride with you and we'll waive the fee so we can try to figure out what's happening.
