Chad, We do apologize for the long wait time during your recent service visit as well as for the dirt left in your vehicle. As we mentioned when you dropped off your vehicle contacting your tire manufacturer about the proration for your tires would take some additional time, but we did make every effort to get this handled as quickly as possible for you. We always use seat covers and floor mat protectors for our service customers vehicles but accidents do occasionally happened. We hope your Service Advisors efforts to clean the dirt was satisfactory and that you will give us another opportunity to show you that customer satisfaction is at the core of how we do business.
