Jesus was wonderful as I was quite anxious at the prospect of buying a car. I wish that the tinting and accessory package was done prior to final pickup of the vehicle. I-26 is awful, and in my opi prospect of buying a car. I wish that the tinting and accessory package was done prior to final pickup of the vehicle. I-26 is awful, and in my opinion this extra trip could have been avoided. There appears to be communication issues with your service department. I showed up for scheduled appt on Wednesday for accessory package/tinting to be told that tinting would be done another day. Thankful, Jesus got this straightened out and tinting was completed. More

I arrived at Fred Anderson shortly after 1:00 on a busy Saturday afternoon. I drove off the lot in my new RAV 4 hybrid just 2 hours later. The appraisers at the dealership looked at my Forester. I was very happy with the trade-in amount. Crystal Massey took care of my first internet inquiries, called me right away, and set up my test drive appointment. I got exactly the car I wanted--the trim level, color, and price. Fred Anderson has a great inventory and also plenty of staff to answer questions and provide assistance. My one complaint is related to financing but this is controlled by Toyota and not the dealer. There is a $500.00 penalty if you choose to outside finance instead of financing through Toyota. Special kudos to Austin and Crystal. Five stars all around. More

We became concerned about our 2003 Pontiac Aztek surviving much longer. It became obvious that it was going to be a challenge to purchase a vehicle during this time of the China Virus, with the sho surviving much longer. It became obvious that it was going to be a challenge to purchase a vehicle during this time of the China Virus, with the shortage of vehicles available. Our son has a degree in automobile mechanics and we relied on his knowledge, research and input to help us determine what vehicles might be suitable for us--the Toyota RAV4 was on the top of the list! After driving a friend's Toyota RAV4, we decided that this was going to be our next vehicle and began to search for one. We saw some used RAV4s at the dealership and opted to purchase a new one instead. We worked with Conner Davis and even called other dealerships in the Southeastern Region to try to locate what we wanted. In doing so, we quickly realized that some of those dealerships were only interested in "selling" a vehicle--not the customer. Conner worked very diligently to secure the vehicle we were interested in, not just any vehicle he could find. He kept us informed throughout our 2 month "adoption" proceedings. Gabe Offerman in the Finance Department was great at helping us figure out what extended services contracts might meet our needs--without any pressure! This was, by far, the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience we have been involved in! We will definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville to our friends and neighbors! More
