For a great buying experience, go to Fred Anderson Toyota! I recently went to Fred Anderson Toyota just to see what they had in stock and see if they could take my Honda Accord off of my hands! I really had n I recently went to Fred Anderson Toyota just to see what they had in stock and see if they could take my Honda Accord off of my hands! I really had no idea that I could get it done, but I did! And I have to say that it was one of the best (if not the best) car buying experiences that I have ever had! First and foremost, Jesse Turner is an awesome salesman; he is not try to pressure us to buy a car or hassle us into buying one; that is the way that it is done! He simply asked if there was anything that he could help us with and we told him no; he said that if there was, just come find him and he walked away! That is not the norm with car salesmen and it was refreshing! When we did find one that we liked, we went to find him and he told us everything that we needed to know about it and we took it for a test drive! When we came back, he helped us come up with a suitable finance option and he put me in a 2018 Camry LE in just a little more than an hour! If Fred Anderson's service department is as good as their sales department, they have more than likely made a customer for life! No more buying a Fred Anderson Toyota is Asheville Othing like it was wit Jim Barkley. I bought 7 new Toyota’s from Barkley. Every car was priced in windshield. There was no haggling over the price Othing like it was wit Jim Barkley. I bought 7 new Toyota’s from Barkley. Every car was priced in windshield. There was no haggling over the price. All cars were unlocked so you could look inside the car. See if it was comfortable. Not anymore since Fred Anderson took over. Salesmen like vultures standing at front front door. if you have a question about a car the salesman had to go ask “the man”. I wont’t ever purchase another car there. I don’t have time for “the man” to answe all the questions. Thumbs down to affect Anderson Toyota. More

The price was a bit high but after taking the vehicle to our personal mechanic at Import Connection and reading the car fax we decided to buy it. There were a few things that needed to be done before we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Jesse was able to get everything done.. all the paperwork went quick. Thanks to the service department I am st I would not recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville to anyone if you plan on servicing your vehicle here. Thanks to the service department I am stuck parking my brand new 2018 4Runner and was forced to buy a second vehicle to drive. The reason I have had to go out and buy a second vehicle is because my brakes have went out on me twice and I continuously get a burning brake smell to where people have came up to me in a parking lot and said it smells like my vehicle is on fire! I have taken it in to the service department several times on this issue over the past 10k miles and Toyota says that this is ‘normal’! I refuse to continue to put my 3 year olds and my own life at danger because of them! Yes I have called corporate, but they won’t do anything because they have called the service manager and he told her it was normal. They said my only option was to trade it in or sell it, which I refuse to put someone else’s life at danger like Toyota has done to mine and my daughters! There are several other issues with the vehicle that they say are ‘normal’ as well, but for the multiple brake failures to be ‘normal’ is a huge safety concern and uncalled for! More

I came to the dealership on Monday shortly after I called on Saturday, July 7 about a new listing for a Nissan Frontier 2010. It was being detailed. I came to the dealership on Monday shortly after it was returned from detail. I wanted to have my own mechanic check it out prior to making a purchase. The salesman said that would have to wait until the dealership had completed mechanical checks. I told him I would want the vehicle just pending my mechanic check. The salesman said nothing about holding it with a deposit. I called the salesman Tuesday afternoon leaving a voice mail and did not receive a return call. I called the salesman Wednesday afternoon leaving a voice mail and did not receive a return call until this morning (Thursday). He told me that someone had already placed a deposit on it prior to my visit which had not been posted on the sales board. He offered an "up sale" to a newer model that was not in my price range. I declined. More
