Great sales people, terrible finance department The sales people were very nice and really helpful. I went on a saturday and it was busy, but people were patient and in good spirits. I decided to pu The sales people were very nice and really helpful. I went on a saturday and it was busy, but people were patient and in good spirits. I decided to purchase a car after testing a few, and had to wait a long time for my turn to talk to the finance person about rates and terms. They provided drinks and a place to charge my phone which had run out of batteries, so that was really nice. Everything was fine until I sat down with the finance person. He started setting papers in front of me to sign and was visibly irritated when I asked what rate I had been approved for. I had other questions as well since I had never taken out a car loan before, but he stated that he had too many other loans to process and he would not answer my questions because he didnt think i really wanted to buy the car. He also would not accept my pre-approved loan from my bank and tried to force me to sign a 6% loan saying it was the best rate even though I have perfect credit. i asked to call my husband and he was not having it, so i left. They sent a nicer person out to “retrieve” me, and when I got back to the finance person the rate I had been approved for by my bank was magically available all of a sudden. It was a terrible experience, I should have just left immediately, and sadly I do not think the finance person would have treated me that way if I had a male “chaperone” with me. More

Friendly staff & great to work with. Tom Garrett helped us get into our 2019 Toyota Camry! Liars, Liars,Liars !!! They are running ads that say all 2019 vehicles on sale !! I bought a 2019 Rav 4 and they would not take a dollar off !! While I was there I introduced friends to the sales manager and they bought the same vehicle different color and they took off 6 thousand dollars!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!! More
