I have bought two cars here and while I live an hour away, I thought I would always do business here. After my recent experience with service, I'm not so sure I want to do business with them. I certainly don't ever want to deal with the repair department again. At least one of those people needs some very serious customer service training. If he has had it before, he needs a refresher. I've given up on receiving a phone call and the documentation I was supposed to receive. I had a great experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. I was having trouble with an online car order I made and they did better than what Vroom was offering and went out of their way to make the deal better. I have always brought my car here to get serviced and they always give me a hard time about the oil that I want them to use even though they have used it so many times over the years that I have brought they always give me a hard time about the oil that I want them to use even though they have used it so many times over the years that I have brought my car to them and they never go by the price they tell you over the phone it's always more expensive when you get there and I'm just disgusted by how I was recently treated as a loyal customer this past time I went on 3/09/2021 and I called to speak with the manager about it but never got a call back some service lol More
