I have bought two cars here and while I live an hour away, I thought I would always do business here. After my recent experience with service, I'm not so sure I want to do business with them. I certainly don't ever want to deal with the repair department again. At least one of those people needs some very serious customer service training. If he has had it before, he needs a refresher. I've given up on receiving a phone call and the documentation I was supposed to receive. I had a great experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. I was having trouble with an online car order I made and they did better than what Vroom was offering and went out of their way to make the deal better.
