Beyond livid. I purchased a new 2021 Toyota Corolla at Fred Anderson today and didn't realize until AFTER signing the loan (while still in the building) that they had payment packed $4000+ worth of extend Fred Anderson today and didn't realize until AFTER signing the loan (while still in the building) that they had payment packed $4000+ worth of extended warranty to my loan. I hadn't discussed the extended warranty with anyone nor did I give confirmation to add it to my loan. Upon requesting information on why it was on there and asking to cancel it I was told I couldn't for 1-2 months. That just didn't make sense to me. It didn't to the sales department manager either when I called later today because they were very keen to suggest I come and rewrite the loan. Why is that? Because PAYMENT PACKING IS ILLEGAL! And that finance manager wanted me to wait so he could recieve his commission for the sale... So yah. If you are a female alone at a dealership with a small child, expect to get swindled. I'm xxxxing livid. If I could give them the keys back and take my car I traded in back I would in a heart beat. It makes me sick to give my business to someone who tried to take advantage of me. More

I bought a new Tundra 5/17, but had to drive my 2020 Sequoia to Knoxville to pickup an RV I bought on5/4 that afternoon and bring it back to Davidson River State Park. They put on a brake assist at Laz Sequoia to Knoxville to pickup an RV I bought on5/4 that afternoon and bring it back to Davidson River State Park. They put on a brake assist at LazyDays, but it created a warning to check with Toyota to cancel the warning. I asked Fred Anderson service department if I could leave it with them to try and figure it out, as I also found that the rear window, the cruise control, and the outside temperature and lane change warnings were all not working. The service department kept my car for 3 days and 2 nights and asked me to leave it a 3rd night which I declined. The service man told me they had not even looked at my car to see if it was easily fixed or not. I had to stay extra days in the campground thinking they were servicing my car. If I knew they weren’t going to try and fix the electrical problem, I would have come back to Georgia. I am glad I don’t have to bring my new Tundra back to this dealership! At least there was no charge for no service. More

We just bought our last VEHICLE, a 2021 Tundra crew cab Limited with TRD off road upgrade and had a very good purchasing experience at Fred Anderson dealership in Asheville. Living in Georgia we won’t be Limited with TRD off road upgrade and had a very good purchasing experience at Fred Anderson dealership in Asheville. Living in Georgia we won’t be able to take advantage of “oil changes for life”. We were able to get the bed sprayed the same day and picked up our truck the next day with a full tank of gas. Asked for inclusion of bed coating for sales price, then $300 added back for “window tinting” supposedly added by the dealership. Not much negotiating on price! More
