Thanks Zach. Finance manager was also beyond my expectations. Good experience. The reason for my low score was I fell when going to our new truck. Walkway markings were so faded as to not be visible. We just purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander from the used lot at Fred Anderson Toyota. The building was a Saturn dealership at one time. I purchased 3 vehicles from that Saturn dealership. This would be the lot at Fred Anderson Toyota. The building was a Saturn dealership at one time. I purchased 3 vehicles from that Saturn dealership. This would be the fourth car from that building. I must say that it was the easiest and best car purchase process that my wife and I have ever had. If you need a person to see, go in and ask for Ethan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. The first time we met him several months before purchasing, he came out, introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. He answered them and told us, he would give us time to look. He never pressured or pushed us at all. He gave us his number when we left that day and said if he could ever help, to let him know. I called him late on a Thursday evening after my wife's car had a major issue, he came in on his day off on Friday and helped us get into the car we found online. Been putting stickers to change my oil at 5k intervals and charging me for synthetic changes, which is 10k change intervals. I have never understood the point of making an appointment for Express service, arriving on time, then waiting another 35 minutes for work to even begin. Further, the email coupon I received, specific to my Tundra, was not honored at the price shown. "Up to 5 quarts" of oil was not mentioned in the web coupon, but was mentioned at the time of service. The email coupon was not for my Corolla, but did say "your Tundra." Fred Anderson should know how much oil will be needed, and should show the complete price on the coupon. More
