I have never understood the point of making an appointment for Express service, arriving on time, then waiting another 35 minutes for work to even begin. The email coupon was not for my Corolla, but did say "your Tundra." Fred Anderson should know how much oil will be needed, and should show the complete price on the coupon. More

I recently left a bad review out of anger and frustration at a problem with my new Four Runner. After a phone call and a visit I am back to rectify that.
