I am beyond disappointed in what was told to me when purchasing the maintenance plan and what it actually covers. I was told that it would cover 4 years of services and included 30/60/90/etc. NOPE, on purchasing the maintenance plan and what it actually covers. I was told the family plan covers oil change and tire rotation but not now?? Something needs to be done about the finance manager selling plans and lying to you so you will buy it. More
Overall the dealership was fine. The finance manager was quick and polite. I had several things to consider prior to making this purchase and did not care for the tactics and push of the salesman to buy im quick and polite. The statements of “if we get the numbers right will you buy it now”,let’s do the contract and if all the numbers are all right will you sign today, etc. really almost made me walk out. The back and forth constant trips to the finance manager really got old. He was a. Ice guy but his push just about sent us out the door. The dealerships. Unwillingness to even throw in an oil change was also a possible deal breaker when I agreed to pay cash for the vehicle. No concession on the part of the dealership at all. Not a way to get repeat business at all. More

Dealership was clean, easy to find and had exactly what we wanted. The salesman, Zach was great, I have learned to abhor car shopping and smooth talking sales people however Zach has changed my opinion. He we wanted. Thanks Zach. Finance manager was also beyond my expectations. Good experience. The reason for my low score was I fell when going to our new truck. Walkway markings were so faded as to not be visible. Shame on the dealership for allowing this to happen. I’m still in a lot of pain, have an appointment Thursday with doctor to be examined. More

We just purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander from the used lot at Fred Anderson Toyota. The building was a Saturn dealership at one time. I purchased 3 vehicles from that Saturn dealership. This would be the lot at Fred Anderson Toyota. The building was a Saturn dealership at one time. I purchased 3 vehicles from that Saturn dealership. This would be the fourth car from that building. I must say that it was the easiest and best car purchase process that my wife and I have ever had. If you need a person to see, go in and ask for Ethan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. The first time we met him several months before purchasing, he came out, introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. He answered them and told us, he would give us time to look. He never pressured or pushed us at all. He gave us his number when we left that day and said if he could ever help, to let him know. I called him late on a Thursday evening after my wife's car had a major issue, he came in on his day off on Friday and helped us get into the car we found online. Feed Anderson Toyota, you have a great salesperson in Ethan, hang onto him! More
Been putting stickers to change my oil at 5k intervals and charging me for synthetic changes, which is 10k change intervals. Had to contact Toyota headquarters today and will contact DOT NC as well. Don't change me oil Fred Anderson if it's not due for 5k more miles. More
