Sales department kept hounding me that I could order a Rav 4 prime, so I asked for a quote and if there were any current incentives. They said there was not, so I ended up calling them to place a deposit Rav 4 prime, so I asked for a quote and if there were any current incentives. They said there was not, so I ended up calling them to place a deposit for one anyway. At that point, they said they could not longer order me one (but would fulfill all their other customers orders). They did not spend any effort contacting the Toyota region to place me an order or anything. When I further inquiried when they could, they just ghosted me.
