Terrible service department. Third time my engine light, trac light and multi-terrain light have came on. Adjacent to service is sales. Austin in sales proceeded to call the cops claiming my daughter was thrown on the ground and beaten then several of the young men threatened to fight my fiance. Service gave my car back, unfixed, and said given the circumstances they could no longer help me. Robert from New car sales is very professional and deserves recognition for having to employ the unprofessional young men. More

Worked with Bryan Cooper salesman who couldn't have been more professional and helpful. We had ordered a new Highlander Platinum which had just come in and he copied all our paperwork and made sure all our more professional and helpful. We had ordered a new Highlander Platinum which had just come in and he copied all our paperwork and made sure all our documents were in order and sat in the new vehicle with us and answered all our questions. Then the wait began --We had to wait over an hour for a business? manager to sign the title work and accept our check (no financing). This whole hour we waited he spent with one other customer while we sat waiting. Supposedly there were two other business managers in the new cars section. Why not have the next available business manager take the party who has been waiting the longest?? When we finally got into his office, it took us a matter of maybe 10 minutes to finish even though our title was going into a Trust which meant we had to sign another few documents. However our salesman (5*) stayed with us the whole time and tried to "hurry things up". We had arrived at the dealership about 12:40 pm and finally were able to leave a little after 3:30. (Our last Toyota purchase (different dealer) was completed in one hour. Very unhappy with the way this was handled by this Toyota dealer. More
