I have been a long standing customer of Fred Anderson Toyota. I taker my car there for all my servicing needs at one point I had a small problem with communication in the service department, and when Toyota. I taker my car there for all my servicing needs at one point I had a small problem with communication in the service department, and when I called to let them know, their manager, Aaron Summer bent over backwards to rectify the situation immediately. Great customer service! More
I found my used car on line, emailed and contacted Caleb Clampitt who was very helpful during the whole process. Great looking dealership, friendly people. The process was easy and painless, lol. Would do Clampitt who was very helpful during the whole process. Great looking dealership, friendly people. The process was easy and painless, lol. Would do business with them again More
Extremely disappointed by this “dealership”. I had originally gone to Toyota because I thought it was a reputable dealership, however I would’ve been better off buying a car from anywhere else b I had originally gone to Toyota because I thought it was a reputable dealership, however I would’ve been better off buying a car from anywhere else besides this place. I was sold an Audi Q7 by Josh Adams with the assumption that the car was in good conditions and they assured that they check their cars before putting them on the lot so there’s no issues in the future. Bought the car on a Monday just to be back at their lot on Wednesday because the car was already asking for oil. They topped it off and said it’s fine just needed some oil and everything should be fine. 3 days later the cars asking for oil again so I make an appointment to get the car checked by Audi. They come back with their results that show the car’s engine is close to a catastrophic failure. After having proof of their findings I go back to Toyota where Josh Adams takes the car to their service department to have it checked. They assure me there’s nothing wrong with it and that their techs got on Reddit and read that it’s a common issue. Didn’t think “professionals” needed to check Reddit to determine if my car was good or not. I expressed to them how I wanted to get the engine or pistons replaced before my 1month warranty was up. The sales manager which never wanted to give me his name said they wouldn’t be doing anything because their so called techs didn’t find anything. Went on to put the blame on me for not purchasing an extended warranty that cost as much as I was buying the car for? Kept on repeating that if I wanted it fixed to take it up with Audi.why would I go to Audi if FRED ANDERSON sold me the car??? We purchased the car in may. Here we are 3 months later and the car is throwing all sorts of misfires, check engine codes that are all related to the problem. I had proof from Audi after their findings while my warranty was still in place yet they refused to do anything to it. I called August 12 to speak with the manager and got transferred to the same sales manager from the first time which again never gave me his name even after asking MULTIPLE TIMES. He went on and started blaming it on me for not doing my research on a car I bought!? Kept saying that they don’t work on Audis I should’ve bought something else and that no matter what I would not get anything fixed from them and to take it up with Audi. Again I bought the car from FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA NOT AUDI. Following day August 13 Ian Jones calls just to tell me the same exact thing to why I didn’t buy an extended warranty to take it up with Audi. I would rather walk then buy a car from this place ever again. What a disappointment to think this was a reputable dealership. Pictures are below of the proof from Audi where they found the problems and Toyota denied everything More
If I could have given zero stars I would have! ! This service department is by far the rudest, uneducated and unprofessional service department I have ever seen. Not only did they not put oil back ! This service department is by far the rudest, uneducated and unprofessional service department I have ever seen. Not only did they not put oil back in my parents' vehicle which left them stranded on the side of the road, but they will not take responsibility for what they done. The vehicle clearly had NO OIL in it, even though it had just left the dealership parking lot after having an OIL change... so next time you go to have your oil changed at this shady place I would check your car BEFORE pulling off the lot... Bad communication. I had accidentally backed into the garage door and cracked the antenna sail on our new Highlander . I glued it back together and reinstalled it but it had a small gap underneath it and was afraid it would leak. I ordered the part ahead of visit so the sail would be in stock. Ryan met me upon arrival and put it in the shop for repair. In a few minutes he came out and told me it needed an antenna also and the cost would be about $668.00. I approved repair. Upon completion he gave me the bill which I paid. I did not read the invoice until we got out to car and I noticed I still had a gap under antenna. I inquired why and he said roof was dented. Well I just paid $668.00 and still had same problem . Why did they start the repair if they couldn’t fix it. I looked and there was a very light dent. He then said it would have to go to body shop for repair. Why didn’t he tell me he couldn’t repair it properly until the dent was repaired. So now I am out $668.00 and still have a problem. I called next day and asked for the service manager. He wasn’t available but would return my call. Later Ryan called me and told me he had been instructed to call me and was very argumentative that he told me about dent when he gave me the repair estimate. He did not. Service manager never has called. More
I have been taking my car for service to Fred Anderson since 2020. Every single time I take my car in for a simple oil change or tire rotation, I never leave without it costing me over $500! I am a widow, since 2020. Every single time I take my car in for a simple oil change or tire rotation, I never leave without it costing me over $500! I am a widow, new to the area and have to trust what I am being told is required. I had just purchased my car in 2019 from a Toyota dealership that had replaced and guaranteed everything was in excellent condition. I know all these maintenance items are not required but they scare me into believing they are. I just took my car in for a simple oil change and they could not shut my hood (which was completely fine) blaming the hinge which will cost ME $300! Then I was told I needed an alignment and new tires. I had my car inspected at Fred Anderson in October and was told everything was great, especially the tires as I did ask. This simple oil change is now cost me $1,500!! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as others, especially women need to be aware of this awful business practices. I feel very taken advantage of. Shame on your business practices and I will be placing more reviews as it is important for people to beware of getting scared into purchasing whatever you’re selling that day. More
