Avoid buying used cars here, I had a terrible experience. - sort by the 1 star reviews and you'll see many others with the same story. I came in from 3 hours away and had pre approval for financing. This place tried to squeeze me for all I'm worth, coming back with quotes from banks the sales person couldn't remember or any technical details of the financing that were hundreds more than every other quote I had gotten. Asked to speak to the manager, they couldn't even tell me what the APR of the financing is. I had to ask 5 different times and the answer was "I don't know". They also don't count your trade in fairly, went down the street at CarMax and got $1000 more for the trade in. This place is truly a joke! if you are looking to buy a car and you don't care how they make their money off you, this might be a good place. Otherwise, avoid like the plague. To the dealer: No need to reply to this. Change your sales tactics and maybe you'll get more business. You wasted my time and money as well as many others for a marginal gain. Do better. More

Carl was patient, persistent and was able to snag a car just before it got manufactured - while the factory options could not be changed, all that gets added later (by the distributor and dealer) was under our control and we got the car at a considerably lower cost than from any of the other dealers. Our car was manufactured on March 25, arrived at Fred Anderson late Friday Apr 2 and we picked it up Monday Apr 5 with just 7 miles on the odometer. We're thoroughly enjoying our Camry Hybrid! More
