This dealership has been fantastic!!! After a horrible experience at the North Miami Beach dealership in Florida where they tried to price gouge me, I drove to North Carolina all the way from Miami. Chris Payne, our sales associate was wonderful, honest, stuck to his word at a previously quoted price and made the experience easy and joyful. He even had the car’s window tinted just in time for pick up!!! for reference, in The North Miami Beach dealership they wanted me to pay 57k or 20k over msrp. On the other hand, Fred Anderson quoted me and I paid 41k, which is 5k over msrp and a fair price given the scarcity of vehicles. I had purchased another vehicle for 39k in the summer from a New Jersey dealership. So, i knew Fred Anderson was being fair. I highly recommend this dealership and I encourage other Floridians to take the drive, it was totally worth it and a pleasure to do business with ethical people that stuck to their word. Highest praises for Fred Anderson Toyota and special shout out to Chris Payne!!!! More

My family and I was impressed over the excellent customer service shown by the receptionist. Most of all the sales consultant by the name of Toby Hunter . We had a thorough physical orientation of the facility specially the service department which is a unique characteristic of a good dealership. My family needed a new car. In 2011, I bought my previous Toyota Highlander from Fred Anderson and I enjoyed how they treated me after the sale with loaners and service. In 2017, our job required u previous Toyota Highlander from Fred Anderson and I enjoyed how they treated me after the sale with loaners and service. In 2017, our job required us to move to NJ. The local dealer did a great job with service and when we contacted them to buy a new 2022 Highlander, they wanted $5,000 over sticker MSRP along with many "required dealer installed upgrades." Because of this price action, the car did not qualify for Toyota's 0% financing. To make it worst, the dealership wanted to qualify my ability to purchase by forcing me to fill out a credit application before even wanting to place my name on the 4 month waiting list. The salesman was unapologetic and almost rude in the manner that he treated me - very typical of NJ residents, just full of hate. Because my family plans to move back to Raleigh in 2022, I contacted Fred Anderson. It started with a chat session, where I met Lindsay. Fred Anderson wanted full MSRP, and required a clear coat, but felt that I could get the car in less than a month and all they wanted was a $500 refundable deposit payable via credit card. We agreed on the car, features, color, and I was quoted a price. They even agreed to register and license the car for NJ at the included price. We signed the papers and 3 weeks later, a car was on its way. We waited for actual delivery at the dealership to make sure that it was not damaged. They sent me photos and all was great. A phone call with the finance manager, Taylor, was freindly and professional. No trace of the New Jersey Nastiness came from the Fred Anderson Team. The paperwork was sent via UPS next day air, and I signed it the same day. I booked my first class air plane flight from Newark to Raleigh for $250, and paid for a $20 taxi to Fred Anderson. The Highlander was ready and waiting for me. Lindsay trained me, 1 on 1, on all of the features of the vehicle. She was very knowledgable, polite, and professional. She let me ask many questions, as the technology has changed a lot since my 2011 Highlander. I had the joy of driving this amazing SUV from Raleigh to New Jersey, and it was a pure joy. I am thrilled that I got the car for $5,000 less than the rude and nasty New Jersey Dealer, I am thrilled that I got the SUV that I exactly wanted (color, model, trim, upgrades). and the price is reasonable given the covid pandemic. I love that I was treated professionally, and with respect, for this $63,000 suv purchase. I love that when I move back to Raleigh, I will be able to use the Fred Anderson Family Values which includes free oil changes for life. I look forward to driving this car to the New Jersey Dealership for its 1st oil change, and have them see the Fred Anderson sticker on the tailgate, and then they will get the subtle message that even though they are in New Jersey, and it is common for people to be "new jersey nasty", that customers do have a choice on where they buy their cars, and an ounce of kindness and professionalism is the difference between making a sale, and having a person go to another dealership that is potentially dozen of states away. To Lindsay and Taylor, thank you for treating me like a valueable customer, and being polite and professional and helpful in this expensive purchase. Thank you for giving me your personal phone number, as this was very helpful with the purchase for this sight-unseen suv, while I traveled from New Jersey to Raleigh. I will buy my next car from Fred Anderson. More
