I bought a pre owned vehicle from this dealership and it was a terrible experience. The vehicle was sold to me with a faulty or dirty blower motor, numerous fluids that required exchanges, a needed alignmen was a terrible experience. I also had to return to have the locking lug nuts replaced because no one had the key for the locks. I live almost two hours away. Thankfully after speaking with Mr Martinez, many of the deficiencies were corrected. However, I was promised a tank of gas for my troubles and did not receive it. I had to take an entire day off of work to drive in to rectify issues that should have been taken care of prior to me picking my vehicle up. The buying process itself was awful. The manager was Terrance and the sales rep was Deondra. At no time did anyone ever thank me for my business. Mr Martinez was the first and only person to say thank you and that was after I had to come back in. Items on the invoice were misrepresented by the salesmen and I was lied to about the mechanical issues of the vehicle. I was also told there were no inspection or maintenance records when I asked Deondra for them. Like a fool, I trusted the reputation of the Fred Anderson name and went ahead with the sale. The communication between the sales and service departments does not seem to be the best and the customer is responsible for tracking everything and everyone down. If I am spending 40k on a vehicle then I shouldn’t have to come back in for anything. In fact, every single employee I spoke with somehow made their profits my problem. I never heard how they would appreciate my business, only how profits are their number one priority. Very shady business practices and horrific customer service. I am typically a very loyal customer to businesses that treat me right. Over the years and prior to coming to Fred Anderson, I returned to the same dealership three times for new vehicles. I will never be back to buy anything from Fred Anderson ever again. I will never recommend anyone take their business to Fred Anderson either. More

Money always before customer support. Disgraceful set of people. If I could give a zero I would. Called up about a vehicle on their website, explained that I was 3 hour drive away from Disgraceful set of people. If I could give a zero I would. Ok I left immediately after setting the phone down. Drove 3 hours to be told they sold it. “First come first served” was exactly what I was told. “Couldn’t you have called me and I could have turned back?” Nope. No apology, didnt care whatsoever that I took 6 hours out if my day. Then the moron, don’t know his name, said that he might have something else. Told him my budget and that it was a cash transaction. “Got the perfect vehicle for you“. Was $8000 ABOVE what I told him my budget was!!! That’s when I got the thought that the whole thing was bait and switch. Get me to drive all that way for a car that wasn’t there so he could up sell me something else. Shady AF. Just because it’s a dealership doesn’t mean they are good or the care. My advice, don’t drive to this place unless you’re close by and watch for their bait and switch technique, pretty impressive. More

The sales manager, Gregg Perry called me. He was gracious and apologized for the way I was treated by the sales consultant. He said he would take steps to improve the customer experience. If their customer service improves, I would not hesitate to give the dealership a higher rating and would recommend the dealership to others. More
