Our sales guy, Mario Diaz, was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did all he could to move things along as quickly as possible. When he went to check our offers with his manager he ca friendly, and knowledgeable. He did all he could to move things along as quickly as possible. When he went to check our offers with his manager he came back right away. The only slowdown was in waiting for the finance person, but once in his office he was also knowledgeable and quick. We would have liked a lower price and the dealership would have liked a higher price, which, I think, is the definition of a fair deal. More

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our pre-owned Highlander here. We worked with salesman DC and manager Jason. I was looking for a specific color with certain features and we were originally lookin Highlander here. We worked with salesman DC and manager Jason. I was looking for a specific color with certain features and we were originally looking at an LE Plus but it sold before we could make the trip to get it. DC notified us of another similar car that had just come in (same color, higher trim - XLE) and gave us a discount so it was still within our budget and I LOVE it. They held it while we drove the 4 hours to the dealership, did a wonderful job detailing it and touching up a few scratches, and made the whole experience pleasant and unstressful. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. DC even came in on his day off to complete the sale. I would not hesitate to make the trip to buy from this dealership again. More
