I purchased my used car at Fred Anderson primarly because of the salesman. He listened well to my prefernces and did all he could to meet my requests. Our salesman, Larry Wall, is the reason we returned to Fred Anderson to buy our 2010 Camry LE. He was so helpful the first time we visited in 2008, and it took us almost a year to decide to trade in our Fred Anderson to buy our 2010 Camry LE. He was so helpful the first time we visited in 2008, and it took us almost a year to decide to trade in our Honda Civic, but when we did it was our experience with Larry that brought us back to Fred Anderson to buy. Up until my last car service, I've had great experiences with the service department, but last time I think all the recalls slowed them down, and the service worker assigned to me never called to tell me my car was ready (as promised.) As a result, I ended up waiting an hour too long for my car. Other than this one experience (which I consider a fluke), my experience with Fred Anderson Toyota has been one of the best car buying experience I've had. More

The car had come from another dealership and all the paperwork indicated 64 miles on the car, but the odometer read 620. Since I did not look at the odometer before leaving the lot, I did not bring it to the dealer's attention. More
