The next day I came in to see him and I just knew that I was going to purchase my first car from Fred Anderson. Omar introduced me to Jake Lowe, Jr.(who I believe worked out the financing of my car). Jake was fair and gave me great customer service. My first time experience was wonderful. I will always recommend Omar to anyone I know buying a car. Dick LaGrande saw us on the lot and promptly asked us if we needed help. We were interested in looking at the Highlander and he did a great job of providing us information and a test drive. I e mailed him letting him know what I was interested in -- a no haggle best price including financing options. I indicated I could make a decision by month-end but I needed a streamlined process. He did what few sales folks do -- he listened to what I wanted and gave it to me the first time. I had in my mind what I would buy the car for and his quote met that target. He then worked hard to make it happen in a very tight time frame -- to accomodate a trip we were taking. He helped with the back office processes, got a reasonable trade in and even changed our license plates out. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from Fred Anderson and done much of our service there. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
