I purchased my used car at Fred Anderson primarly because of the salesman. He listened well to my prefernces and did all he could to meet my requests. Fred Anderson had the best price in Raleigh. There were plenty of cars from which to choose and they were able to order anything they may not have on the lot. I had a great experience when buying. My sales person, Jan was really attentive, and took care of all of my concerns quickly. The facility is great, and they are well organized with everything. Up until my last car service, I've had great experiences with the service department, but last time I think all the recalls slowed them down, and the service worker assigned to me never called to tell me my car was ready (as promised.) As a result, I ended up waiting an hour too long for my car. Other than this one experience (which I consider a fluke), my experience with Fred Anderson Toyota has been one of the best car buying experience I've had. More

Our salesman, Larry Wall, is the reason we returned to Fred Anderson to buy our 2010 Camry LE. He was so helpful the first time we visited in 2008, and it took us almost a year to decide to trade in our Fred Anderson to buy our 2010 Camry LE.
