JR was great to work with through the sales process. Have bought cars from this dealer in the past and great experience. This time around, Mike, the finance guy was an issue. Only showed us 1 interest rate/bank, and 1 loan term. We had to push him to show us other financing options. We showed him the better rate we had from capital one, and he just laughed us off. He was really dismissive and condescending. Ended up leaving, then came back the next day and bought the car outright rather than financing through him. More
