The staff was courteous and professional. I was very pleased with management and there help to get me a good price on a new vehicle. Our sales guy, Mario Diaz, was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did all he could to move things along as quickly as possible. When he went to check our offers with his manager he ca friendly, and knowledgeable. He did all he could to move things along as quickly as possible. When he went to check our offers with his manager he came back right away. The only slowdown was in waiting for the finance person, but once in his office he was also knowledgeable and quick. We would have liked a lower price and the dealership would have liked a higher price, which, I think, is the definition of a fair deal. More
