First of all, cheating service. I have my toyota celica being serviced there since I bought it in 2002. I did every major service there. And those major servcies include tire rotation but they never bother being serviced there since I bought it in 2002. I did every major service there. And those major servcies include tire rotation but they never bothered doing the service. I recently found out that my tires have never been rotated so I have to change the front tires (only 33,000K)!! Second, they (service dept) never answer or return calls. All the time. Overall, it is the worst dealer that I have ever had. Not want to deal with them anymore. More
They totally dropped the ball post sales. The car that I ordered was delayed, so far twice, but I am still waiting for the car. They gave me an ultra-lowball offer on my trade (at least $1500 less than any ordered was delayed, so far twice, but I am still waiting for the car. They gave me an ultra-lowball offer on my trade (at least $1500 less than any other dealer had offered me) and told me to go to carmax for the trade because they would give me a lot more for it. Take that sales managers advice go somewhere else, but why do it just for your trade in. Why not make the whole car buying experience better and go somewhere else? I've bought cars at three different dealers in RDU in the past couple of years and this experience was by far the worst. More
I placed an order for a specific vehicle and it wasn't delivered on time. I'm still waiting for it to be delivered and I may cancel the order and go with another dealership. Also was approached by a pushy sales manager that tried to talk me into buying additional options that I didn't want. More
