Starting with our first conversation, Ben Rahimzadeh was extremely helpful in answering my many questions about their cars and about what options I had for a purchase. He was never pushy and was definitely patient during my three different visits to the lot. In between those visits I went to two other dealers to compare their cars and prices. I bought my Camry from FA because Ben arranged a good deal, and the Camry was the best one I saw in the area for my price range. More

We had to get a car ASAp bec. our 16 yr. old son has no carpool anymore, I browsed Fred Anderson website and saw cars that we might want. We called Sammie Bethea , whom we had known since 2004 whwn we bou carpool anymore, I browsed Fred Anderson website and saw cars that we might want. We called Sammie Bethea , whom we had known since 2004 whwn we bought our Sienna van. The car that I wanted was sold that morning (we came afternoon). We test drove some cars but did'nt like one (by the way , we were buying pre-owned). Then we spotted this 2010 Camry, like the smooth ride. Throughout the process of bunch of questions, test driving, etc.. Sammie remained pleasant and patient, the same person that we knew years ago. He helped us a lot along the whole process. It's the first time experience for buying the car in the US, because we just come from Japan. The Fred Anderson and Joe warmly supported such newcomer. I truly recommended Fred Anderson for you. From our experience, TOYOTA dealership in Japan deliver very high level service, however, we had not met such a great guy. More
I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but my experience at Fred Anderson was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had start to finish! I looked at the preowned inventory online experience at Fred Anderson was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had start to finish! I looked at the preowned inventory online and Jen set me up to come in to meet with Ben to look at the vehicles in person. Ben was so friendly and knowledgeable that it was very much a pleasure working with him. Most of all, I appreciated Ben's honest and matter of fact approach with me. I was "on mission" to find the right car at the right price for my husband--I didn't have time for any run-around, hard sell, long stories, etc. Ben helped me have it all tied up with a deposit on a vehicle in record time, and when I thought I had hit a bump with financing, he handled that too. When I brought my husband in the next day to get the vehicle, Ben set us up with Brian for financing and the experience still has us amazed---what a finance jewel this dealership has in Brian! We were treated so fairly, and respectfully on price and financing that my husband and I both agree Fred Anderson Toyota has won our business for life--we don't want to deal with anyone else! More
I was trying to buy a new Seinna XLE. I tried to get several quotes from different dealers. Fred Anderson gave me the highest quote. Then I tried to find out whether they could offer me the price I got several quotes from different dealers. Fred Anderson gave me the highest quote. Then I tried to find out whether they could offer me the price I got from another dealer. Ronny emailed me back that he could do the price for me. I was so happy even their didn't offer me a lower price than other dealers. But Fred Anderson has the Family Care Plan and they also has a really good customer review. However, they didn't have the car I need in stock. There was one that would come in a few days. Ronny said that one had already been pre-sold. Several days later, I looked through their new car inventory and found that the car was still available. So I called Ronny again to see whether I could get that car. Ronny told me that that car was sold but he could get one from other dealers if I need one and could also offer me the same price. I couldn't decide at that moment because he asked me to pay $500-$1000 deposit. I told him that I would call him back. The next day, I called him that I still wanted to buy the car from him. Then, he told me that he could do this deal with me because my husband talked to another salesman JOhn at Fred Anderson about the deal and they didn't want to compete with each other. So he could not offer me the price he gave me anymore and asked me to do the deal with John if John would like to offer me the same price. I was really mad because he was lying to me. My husband never called anyone at Fred Anderson. I told him that it was not true. He said he didn't care and he couldn't do the deal with me. I was totally disappointed about Fred Anderson, Ronny and his general manager( Ronny always said he manager told him this or that.) They are liars( The car they told me had been sold is still there now). I feel so bad. I was wondering why couldn't they just say no to me if they couldn't sell it at a low price. Even after they offered me a low price and they found out they couldn't offer to me anymore, why not simply say no to me? why did they play all these trick with me? They are too unprofessional. More
