We have been looking for a new or used minivan replacement for a long long time, dropped by Fred Anderson Toyota and struck gold. We met Gary Hamilton as our sales person, who was very friendly and courteous, show us a fleet of newly arrived used Sienna, and new ones also. In all respects, any sales person would have run out of patience on us on the time we were going to take, but Gary was friendly and courteous, he wanted to make sure we make the right choice. Altogether, he let us test drove three used and one new Sienna on our own and told us to take our sweet time. Because of the newly arrived fleet of used Sienna, we had Gary running all over the place to find the key to each Sienna we test drove, it goes to show how dedicated he is in making sure the customer is happy and satisfied no matter what. During the time Gary was looking for the keys, the other friendly sales people made sure that we were proper taken care of. It was a tough choice on deciding which Sienna, but fiscal responsibility got the best of us at the end, we decided on a slightly used 2008 Sienna at bargain price, the money saved over a new Sienna will be earmark towards a car for our daughter. The sale process went quick and smooth, Gary located all three keys to our Sienna even before we went to do the paper work. We were so eager to drive the car out of the dealer's lot, we couldn't figure out what and where all the push buttons are when we got home, then we realized that the owner's manual was missing. We called Gary, and the complete set of manual with CD was in our mail box two days later. Again, Gary went the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied even after the sale. The experience with Fred Anderson Toyota was exceptional, from the initial meeting of the sales person to the person who did the document. I bought many cars from many dealers over the past 30 years, nothing came close to this dealer. There was absolutely no pressure, friendliness and courteous sale force were all around. I don't think my words here does justice in describing how good those people are and how well we were treated. The first place to visit for my daughter's car will be Fred Anderson Toyota, and you know who the sales person will be. More

No one was seriously injured due to the incrediable safety features in this van! Once insurance issues were ironed out, the staff at Fred Anderson worked hard to make the new purchase as smooth as the first. They were kind and fast! I pray we don't need another van anytime soon but if we do Fred Anderson is the place!!!! More

I traded in my small old SUV for a larger one. After looking at several dealerships all around the Triangle I felt most comfortable with the staff, price, and selection at Fred Anderson. I've owned and serviced a lot of cars over the years. The people at Fred Anderson Toyota, from the sales guys to the service advisors, have been nothing less than fantastic. There is a friendly lady working in the service drive that greets you when you pull up. Its nice to see smiling faces. Dont waste your time anywhere else. What a bunch of screwoffs. They couldn't do simple paperwork for a Toyota purchase. They did it all wrong, did not register my new car. Every week they have a new excuse. This time they said they never inspected the car so could not register it. I paid them a ton of money to do this simple job that I could do in less than one hour at the DMV. Inn addition they overcharged on the sale. I discovered the mistake a few days later. It took over a week to get them to issue a refund for their mistake. Stay far far away from these incompetent clowns. I will never go back there again. How do we shut scams like Fred Anderson down. I don't want to see them sell anymore cars to anybody. More

During my scheduled 115K service for my Toyota Camry, I received a call that my tires need to be changed. After learning how much it would cost at the dealership (more than $600), I said: Thank you, but I' received a call that my tires need to be changed. After learning how much it would cost at the dealership (more than $600), I said: Thank you, but I'll try to find a cheaper place. When I picked up my car on Friday night, I could not drive it. It was vibrating and shaking so badly that I had to get off the highway to check the tires. The car was absolutely unbalanced. I tried to talk to the Service Manager, Gary Soucy, and express my concern that my car was released in this condition. His reply was that my car seemed to be unbalanced and the service department does not check the car after tire rotation. Here are my questions: Why should I bring my car back to Fred Anderson Toyota if they are not responsible for the final product of their service? How could I call this service professional if before service my car ran smoothly and needed just an oil change and after service I could not drive it at all? Will it be safe to drive a car after Fred Anderson Toyota’s service? While the overall team is friendly and it is convenient to schedule a service appointment, the trust and safety concerns outweigh any other convenience. By the way, I did change tires for $357 the very next morning and my car is running great now. More
