This is by far the friendliest and nicest dealership I have been to. I dealt with Larry and he did not rush me or hassle me at all whereas other places do. We purchased a Tacoma from Joe Dibari at Fred Anderson in Raleigh and we must tell you that we have never encountered a nicer, or more GENUINE car salesman in our lives. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work Raleigh and we must tell you that we have never encountered a nicer, or more GENUINE car salesman in our lives. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, funny, personable, and knowledgeable. From the moment he introduced himself to us on the sales floor, we both felt at ease. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Joe is TOP NOTCH - we really cannot say enough good things about him. He made us feel comfortable the entire time we were working with him. He made sure we understood the various plans and packages, gave us a full tour of the facilities, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be recommending Joe Dibari to everyone we know that is looking to purchase their next vehicle and we would buy from him again, without a doubt! He took the traditionally stressful experience of buying a car, and made it a VERY enjoyable one. More

I had visited two other dealerships prior to coming to Fred Anderson Toyota. I wish I would have gone their first. I was looking for two particular vehicles (Highlander or 4Runner). Larry our sales person Fred Anderson Toyota. I wish I would have gone their first. I was looking for two particular vehicles (Highlander or 4Runner). I bought the car in Jan. Brakes sqeaked, tire kept loosing air. Brought the car back after a couple days. The Salesman was happy to put me in a loaner car. That was a plus. Came back a few days later, loosing air. Brought the car back after a couple days. The Salesman was happy to put me in a loaner car. That was a plus. Came back a few days later, said the car was ready. Salesman said the brakes were fine, and the tire just needed air. He said if 1 tire is lower than the other 3 this would kick the light on. Soon as I pulled out of the lot, the low tire preasure light was still on. It was late when I picked the car up,I went on home. The next day or so, I decided I would take it somewhere to get another opinion. I found out the tire had a hole in it, and needed a plug. About 3,000 miles later, I noticed the VSC light, the check engine light, & the traction light came on. I immediately drove straight to the Lexus dealer, since it is a Lexus. It was a late Friday afternoon, so they gave me a loaner & said they would call me on Monday. They called and said the car had a cracked valve cover. It was not something that just happened. the underside of the cover had been rubbing the timing chain, which then caused the top of the valve cover to crack. This was an 800.00 repair through the Lexus dealer. I then called Dan the salesman that sold me the car. He said you should have bought a warranty. He could'nt do anything. I then spoke to the sales manager, he was no help either. I was able to get things worked out with Lexus. They stood behing their car, and did the repair for $180.00.I asked them to check the brakes since they sqeek. They said the car needed brake pads all the way around, and new rotors on the front. The repair with the Lexus dealer was another 800.00 Now I was fuming. I called over to Fred Anderson, since they told me previously the brakes were fine. I asked for the service dept. They said they had no accsess to any service on this car. I asked who is in charge, by now I felt like I had really been taken advantage of. He said Brian Easley. I called him, I was angry now. It was obvious he didn't care. I was working out of town 2 hours away. He said I would need to bring the car in. I asked if he could send someone to Lexus to pick it up, since they had just completed the engine repair. He said no! I then called Lexus back, and they were happy to help me, and drive it to Fred Anderson. Noone ever called me from Fred Anderson to let me know they were going to repair the brakes. Lexus called me back 2 days later, they sent their staff to pick up my car. I am grateful they fixed the brakes. However, it is obvious they are not interested in good customer service, & good customer relationships, to keep their customers coming back.I would never advise anyone to buy a car from Fred Anderson. It seems they don't care about the customers, once they get the sale:-( More
My wife and I had a great experience with our salesman Joe Dibari. We purchased a new prius then came back in 2 weeks later and purchased a new tacoma. We baught from Fred Anderson even though it is much Joe Dibari. We purchased a new prius then came back in 2 weeks later and purchased a new tacoma. We baught from Fred Anderson even though it is much farther away from us in Wake Forest because the salesmen at Leith in Wake Forest are no good snakes. We will buy again from Joe, who is very honest. The only bad part was a conversation I heard outside by a different salesman who was not speaking favorable of another customer, not professional. Salesman must realize that customers are not stupid. If we hear them talking bad about others then they will do the same about us. Like I said Joe was great and we will be back because of him. More
For the first time in 2 years of good service, Fred Anderson Toyota made a little error by not taking me in order. I simply asked Tim what his name was. He said he was Charley. Honestly why? At the en Anderson Toyota made a little error by not taking me in order. I simply asked Tim what his name was. He said he was Charley. Honestly why? At the end I went to my very dirty car and simply went back in to mention I had not received the free car wash. Shockingly the service manager came out, looked at the trunk,,,saw some splahed water and insisted that it had been cleaned. I pointed out grime..was told that the free car wash was minimal anyway. I asked for a car wash which I got. After the "minimal" car wash, my 2010 Camry was sparkling clean..so I pointed this out to George who got angry. He decided that I was definitely wrong...and instead of admitting ..yes the car is now clean..he said I called hime a name! I had said he was misled.. The smallness of these problems lead me to worry. You know..when folks appear deceitful about small things....can I trust them when it comes to big things? More

What a wonderful experience we had at Fred Anderson Toyota! Even before we ever set foot on the lot, the sales staff was immensely helpful, friendly, and supportive in our phone and email communication Toyota! Even before we ever set foot on the lot, the sales staff was immensely helpful, friendly, and supportive in our phone and email communications. Before visiting the dealership we were a little skeptical about getting in to the vehicle we wanted base on some past credit issues and an outstanding balance on our trade. But Craig Hales encouraged us to come in and see how they could help us - and we are so glad we did! We worked with Ben in sales and he made the whole experience so pleasant with his warm manner and straightforward approach. We would recommend him to anyone who is apprehensive about the process, and we certainly hope that we can work with him again as well. After we decided on a vehicle and valued our trade, Brian in the business office hooked us up with incredible financing and warranty terms, and we were out the door within a couple of hours. We worked with a rock-star dream team who helped us get exactly the car we wanted. Thank you all so much! More
