I did a web search to find a used car close to fitting my needs (age, quality, price, etc.). I found several in the area. Only by chance did I call Fred Anderson (FA) first to see about an appointment to s needs (age, quality, price, etc.). I found several in the area. Only by chance did I call Fred Anderson (FA) first to see about an appointment to see and drive the car of interest. The Web chat I had with the FA representative was easy and she was very helpful in answering my questions about the car. She made the appointment for me. When I showed up at the dealership, one of the salesmen (Ben Rahimzadeh) met me as I walked in the door and immediately set about helping me by finding the car and preparing it for the test drive. All very smooth. On returning from our test drive Ben asked if I would be doing a trade-in - I said yes. Ben and I did some paperwork and literally in what seemed like a blink of the eye Ben had a one page typed quote for me. It showed the purchased vehicle price and all the "other" charges (tax, license, etc.), the trade in offer, and totaled down to the "out the door" price. Very easy to see all the cost, compare and make a decision. Next stop to see Steve the business manager to get the payment details worked out. Again, in the blink of an eye we were done and he sent me back to Ben to get my new car. I had anticipated being at the dealer for 4 hours, based on past experiences with other dealers. It only too two. And, refreshments were provided, of course. During the test drive I noticed a little "Fred Anderson" advertisement stuck on the rear coachwork of the car. I told Ben I didn't like that and he said he could get it off. I never mentioned it again, but when we went out for me to take delivery it was gone. Ben had taken care of it without me having to remind him. Another thing I've never seen before at other dealers. All in all a great experience, good deal, and a new customer who will be coming back again. More

I just wanted to point out the poor level of service I was given on Friday the 20th of July. My appointment was for 12.50, for which I arrived on time. I patiently waited as my wipers were replaced and my was given on Friday the 20th of July. My appointment was for 12.50, for which I arrived on time. I patiently waited as my wipers were replaced and my car was serviced. At about 430 I got restless as I had an appointment to make. I pushed for my invoice so I could pay, get my car and leave. I was asked to wait. Then I paid. Funny how, you managed to get payment faster than anything else. After I paid I was told to wait outside for my car to pull up. I did this for a while, and nothing. I went back in, more frustrated only to be told that my keys had been lost. So I waited, giving it one last last to get out of there in time. Alas, my keys were not found. I should have not even waited that long as I had so many occurrences of bad service. I missed an appointment to see a house that I was planning for the future, and I was left car less. They then set me up with Enterprise and assured me I wouldn't have to pay. Enterprise has charged my card, and I had to pay for gas. My whole day was wasted, and I had to leave to go out of town that night. I could not, because I was told that the rental needed to be brought back at Toyotas time as they would only pay for a day. This is the worst serviceI have ever gotten anywhere! Not only was I mistreated as a customer, little regard was given to my time and my conveniences. Above all, I had to pay for services I should NOT have paid for. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for any services or even sales. It was pathetic effort, and Fred Anderson only seems concerned with money! More

When you fist walk through the doors, the first impression is the size and condition of the facility. It is pretty obvious Fred and his employees have a great deal of pride in their work place. After getting my thoughts together, Larry Z came to show me around. Larry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the company and the product. I told Larry what I was interested in and within minutes we were inside a new Tundra driving down the road. Needless to say, after a few more test drives I left with a new Tundra with all the features that I was looking for. Thanks to Larry and the friendly staff at Fred Anderson Toyota my experience buying a new truck was great. More

I wanted to take a moment to share the highly positive experience my wife and I enjoyed at Fred Anderson Toyota. On July 9th we visited the Raleigh dealership to investigate the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle. A television advertisement had piqued our interest with some very attractive pricing on new Corollas and Camrys. The car lot was loaded and the showroom pristine and attractive. We were a little dubious about the TV sale and expected to be told that the cars mentioned and/or the special pricing was no longer available. We were greeted by sales consultant Tim Williams who assured us that the cars advertised with the great prices were available. Tim was very warm and affable. He also knew his cars inside and out. All our questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. The conversation moved from cars to life to personal experiences. There was no rush. My trepidation waned as he confidently and professionally sold us on a new Camry. After Tim commenced the financial process and understood what our costs and financing parameters were he introduced us to the business manager Calvin Morrow. Calvin was also a breath of fresh air. He diligently worked with us and patiently examined numerous financing options until we found one that aligned with our budget. The conversation bounced comfortably from the upcoming birth of Calvin's first child to our son's completion of his first year in college. We were amazed that the Fred Andersen team could have the car ready to go that same day. We opted to pick it up a few days later. When we excitedly arrived to pick up our new car we found Tim with his pleasant smile and sharp sense of humor waiting for us. We went over the key areas of the owner's manual and he answered all our questions comprehensively. We took possession of our car and have been delighted with its performance. My wife and I would like to sincerely express our gratitude and appreciation to Tim, Calvin and the entire Fred Anderson team for a highly professional and personal experience. I purchased a Toyota Corolla Sport from Sammie Bethea in 2003. It was the first car I've ever paid for after being given cars from my father, mother, and sister so I was nervous. I knew the exact features I wanted and had 2 cars in mind. My father accompanied me and with his disdain for sales people, we were both pleasantly surprised to have worked with Sammie Bethea. Sammie only sold me the car that I was interested in and that's a true salesman. His qualities have resulted in repeat business as my mother purchased her Honda Pilot from him and he's the only one I'll work with when I purchase another car in the near future. More
I brought my car in to the "Family Store" for service. I was surprised how this place was run. There was no rhyme or reason to how they checked in customers. I explained what the problem was and he explained what the process would be. About an hour later I was told my car needed a steering rack. I asked if I could take a look at it with the tech. As I am heading back all you can hear is cursing from other people yelling at one another. As I am looking at my car with the tech I can't help but over hear some one saying"Wow look at that another steering rack". I let the tech finish explaining to me the problem he sees and what needs to be done. As I head back to the front i was told the cost to fix the steering rack but never got a price on fixing my original complaint. The people in the shop should be more careful when customers are around. I was happy with Ryan but everything else was terrible. More

I just bought a brand new 2012 Toyota Tacoma and got everything I wanted and more! I went to the dealership and met with Larry Z and test drove a few trucks but didn't really want a 4 door but rather th everything I wanted and more!
